Mechanical and Electrical Design
Successful system requires planning to achieve the best results. Ef ficient process operation and equipment reliability are heavily dependent upon appropriate system design. We provide excellent innovation and know-how that allow our customers to improve system performance at their operating facilities. Our design engineers can provide solutions to meet your needs, expectations and satisfactions. We use Computer Aided Design software products exclusively in our business for the professional results you expect and deserve. In addition to mechanical engineering design capability, we have electrical and control system design and build capability in-house.
Fabrication and Assembly
Our fabrication team includes highly experienced fabricators, machinists and technicians. Our skilled teams of electricians and mechanics work in conjunction with all of our other groups in designing and building control panels, assembling complex mechanical systems, calibration, controls wiring, refurbishment and equipment testing.
Each assembly is carefully assembled from drawings created during the design stage and inspected by the design engineer. If changes are determined to be required during the assembly stage of the project, they are carefully documented so that the drawings and manuals can be updated. Control panels are neatly laid out and all wires and cables are labeled to reduce debug time and ensure the reliability of the machines.
Installation and System Integration
We have fully equipped engineers and technicians to deal with installation works. Our project manager ensures proper procedures are followed and that time requirements are met. We specialize in the integration and application of state-of-the-art automation systems for our customers.
Training and After Sales Service
We would provide our customers with adequate training and all necessary documents for reference. We offer equipment training for all of our users. This includes instruction on installed equipment.
ATEC provides elaborate, product-oriented, training courses. The training is conducted at local and worldwide service offices, or at the customer site. Training courses are structured to maximize the benefit of attending students, by providing information that covers different aspects, such as:
- Operation and teaching.
- Applications
- Service and maintenance.
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting.
The benefit of having hands-on experience during the training enables participants to acquire the principles behind the mechanics, calibration and programming.
